摘 要:公路交通噪声的产生与变化同公路周围建设项目或是在原有公路上增加运营量有关,因此提出了应将建设项目因增加的运营量所引起的交通噪声的变化,作为环境影响评价的要素之一。通过对美国联邦公路管理局(FHWA)模式进行简化,获得用车流量表示的公路交通噪声增量的计算公式,通过现状监测值与投产后因运营量的增加而引起的噪声增量直接相加,可预测交通噪声的改变值。由此可预测和评价建设项目投产后,因运营量的增加而引起的交通声环境质量的变化情况。The production and the change of the traffic noise on the highway concerns with the items of basic construction around the roads or related by the increasing the on the original road transportation volume. Therefore people advise that the change of the traffic noise should follow the increasing of the transportation volume which causes the items of basic construction and it will be one of the essential factors about the environmental effect appraisal. Through the simplification to the American federation highway administration FHWA pattern, obtains highway traffic noise increase formula which expressed with the traffic flowmagnitude. After may forecast and appraise that after the items of basic construction go into production, the increase of the operation quantity will change the traffic noise environment quality. After goes into production the noise increase through the present situation monitor value which causes because of the transportation volume increase directly to add together, may forecast the traffic noise the change value. The traffic noise change which should which because increase in transportation volume causes the items of basic construction, takes one of environmental effect appraisal essential factors.
