摘　　要：针对SOA在综合电子信息系统中的应用,介绍了SOA的概念,分析了应用需求,研究了基于SOA的系统软件结构和主要特征;从标准化、构件化、工具化、数据模型、服务总线、治理和管理等方面提出了SOA软件发展策略;探索了SOA软件的实现方法。For the SOA application in C^4ISR, this paper introduces the concepts of SOA, analyzes the application requirements and studies the software framework and the primary characters in SOA based systems. The software development strategy is proposed considering standardization, components, tools, data models, service bus, government and management. Finally, this paper discusses the implementation method of SOA based software systems.
