大鼠第三脑室视上区接触脑脊液神经元的电镜观察

摘　　要：目的:观察大鼠第三脑室视上区接触脑脊液神经元的形态,探讨其作用。方法:采用扫描电镜和透射电镜进行研究。结果:在全部材料中都观察到了接触脑脊液神经元的树突终末和轴突终末,在一些材料中观察到了接触脑脊液神经元的核周体。树突终末及胞体表面有成簇的9×2+0型纤毛,轴突终末表面光滑无纤毛。结论:在大鼠第三脑室视上区证实有接触脑脊液神经元的存在。视上区除已证实的途径参与调节外,还存在接触脑脊液神经元途径参与神经-体液调节。Objective;To of CSF-contacting neurons. To investigate morphology and effect of CSF-contacting neurons supraoptie area of third ventricular in rats using electron microscope. Results：In all specimens,the dendritic and axon terminals of the CSF-eontaeting neurons were found. The perikaryon of CSF-contacting neurons were also found in some of the specimens. There were a few of group 9 × 2 ＋0 ilum on the surface of the dendritic terminals and perikaryon. The surface of the axon is smooth and no cilia was found. Conclusion;There is great mening to know morphology and to investigate effect of CSF-contacting neurons with observation of electron imcroscope on supraoptic area of rats.
