摘　　要：简述了磷酸废水封闭循环处理工艺流程，分析了水力旋流器在该处理系统中的作用，介绍了水力旋流器的主要工艺指标，利用经验数学模型，提出了水力族流器的优化设计方法。篒n this psper,a closed circulating treatment system for the wastewater from phosphoric acid production is briefly described，the role of hydrocyclone in the system is analysed， the principal process indexes are introduced， and the optimum design method of hydrocyclone is put forward based on an empirical mathematical model．
