髌骨骨折四种手术方法疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同术式治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法:分别采用AO钢丝张力带、可调试聚髌器、钢丝环扎、粗丝线环扎治疗髌骨骨折167例,其中131例获得随访。结果:术后随访4个月-48个月,AO钢丝张力带、可调试聚髌器治疗的优良率分别高达97.44(和98.20(。结论:AO钢丝张力带及可调试聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折较钢丝环扎和粗丝线环扎优势明显,不仅固定牢固可靠,术后无需借助外固定,而且可以早期进行膝关节屈伸功能锻炼,大大减少了膝关节粘连等并发症。Objective： To Study the curative effect of different surgical treatment of patella fractures. Methods： Select the 167 cases which were treated with the operation of AO steel wire of strain strip.adjustable reductor.sreel wire prick.wide silk thread prick, and 131 cases were followed-up. Results：We followed-up from 4 to 48 months after the operation, the ratio of choiceness which were treated with AO steel wire of strain strip and adjustable reductor were attend 97.44 % and 98.20 %. Conclusions：The superiority of AO steel wire of strain strip and adjustable reductor were very more evident than sreel wire prick and wide silk thread prick. The fixation was credible, dispense with external fixation after operation. Patients could take exercise of knee joint in forepart. Thereby , the complications such as conglutination might be greatly decreased.
