摘　　要：目的探讨CT对甲状腺结节性病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了我院2003年4月至2007年10月间甲状腺结节性病变患者的CT表现特点及诊断价值。结果CT对甲状腺腺瘤诊断符合率为75%,对结节性甲状腺肿诊断符合率为79%,对甲状腺癌诊断符合率为73%。结论CT在甲状腺病变诊断中有重要的作用,合理使用CT能提高甲状腺结节性病变的诊断准确性。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value on the CT for the affection of thyroid nodule.Methods The appearance and diagnostic value were analyzed on the CT for the affection of thyroid nodule patients,From Apr 2003 to Oct 2007,were treated in our hospital.Results The diagnose accordance rate of CT was 75%in thyroid adenoma,79%in struma nodosa and 73%in struma maligna.Conclusion CT has great applied value in the diagnosing and observing the affection of thyroid nodule.
