摘　　要：本文以在船工作期间遇到的一起主机增压器喘振故障为例,结合本校实验室‘大发’6PSHTD-26H船用柴油机为研究对象,分析增压系统脏阻对其运行状况的影响。从消音器滤网和涡轮流道脏堵两个方面进行理论分析,利用MATLAB软件,采用最小二乘法对试验数据进行拟和,与理论结果进行比较,得出脏堵严重将导致增压器喘振的结论,提出日常维护的建议。This paper analysis on the turbocharger system dirt and impacts on operating conditions on the PSHTD - 26H marine diesel engine In the university lab with experinences on the turbocharger surge. After analysis and comparison of silencer filter screen and passage blocking of trubocharger, using MATLAB software, a conclusion is given on what results in the turbocharger surge and suggestion is given on daily maintenance.
