河南汉族初诊2型糖尿病患者与血浆内肥素水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)与血浆内肥素(visfatin)水平的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫法测定初诊2型DM患者和正常健康人血浆visfatin水平,分析其与腰围/身高比值(WHtR)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及糖负荷后2h血糖(2hPG)的关系。结果(1)初诊2型DM患者血浆visfatin水平明显高于正常对照组;(2)相关性研究显示,血浆visfatin水平与WHtR呈正相关,与HbA1c呈负相关,与2hPG无相关性;(3)多元线性回归分析表明HbA1c、WHtR是影响血浆visfatin水平的独立相关因素。结论血浆visfatin与糖代谢和肥胖类型(中心型肥胖)有关,在2型糖尿病发病机制中可能起一定作用。Objective To study the relationship between plasma visfatin levels and newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The plasma visfatin levels were assayed by ELISA in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes and controls. The relationship between plasma visfatin levels and WHtR , HbA1c, Glucose loading 2h plasma blood glucose（2h PG） were analyzed. Results The plasma visfatin Icvels of the newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes increased significantly than controls. Plasma visfatin levels was positively correlated with WHtR,and negatively with HbA1c, but there was no correlation between the 2h PG and plasma visfatin levels. Multiple regression analysis showed that HbA1c and WHtR were independent related factors in influencing plasma visfatin levels. Conclusion The visfatin levels may be associated with glucose metabolism and type of obesity（central obesity） ,which may contribute to the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.
