摘　　要：[目的]分析影响新生儿桡动脉置管时间的相关因素,探讨桡动脉置管失败的原因及对策。[方法]对39例桡动脉置管失败的原因进行分析。[结果]导管堵塞30例,穿刺口渗血6例,导管脱出3例。[结论]通过相应的护理干预措施可降低或避免桡动脉置管失败的发生。Objective： To analyze the related factors influencing the detaining time of radial artery catheter for newborns, and to probe into both the causes and strategies of the fail of radial artery catheter. Methods： The causes of fail of 39 newborns undergoing radial artery tube detaining have been analyzed. Results： Among all 39 cases, 30 cases were with tube obstruction. Six cases were with puncturing area errhysis and 3 cases with tube shedding. Conclusion： Corresponding nursing intervention strategies can reduce the fail of radial artery tube detaining for newborns.
