摘　　要：报废汽车数量逐年增加,对报废汽车所产生的固体废弃物的不合理回收将会造成环境污染和资源浪费。如何正确处理报废汽车,以保护环境、节约资源,是一个需要建立在完善的法规体系基础上来解决的问题。文章分析了欧盟关于报废汽车的指令立法背景、基本框架、主要内容及其各成员国执行情况;借鉴欧盟关于报废汽车的指令,根据我国国情提出了完善我国报废汽车再生利用产业的建议。The end-of-life vehicles arc increasing year after year. the social problems, the unreasonable recycling of the und-of-life vehicles will Causes polluting of the enviroment and wasting of resources. How to treat with the end-of-life vehicles, so as to prevention of the environment pollution and protect the resources, is a problem which must be based on the integrated rulel law system, This artble analyses the legislalion background, the basic frame and the msin contents about the EU end-of-life vehicle directive, and the implement of the member states： and uses the EU end-of-life vehicle directive for reference, beses on our current situation, puts forward sonic suggestions on our ELV recycling industry.
