摘 要:回顾了遗传学和遗传育种的发展历史,以国际上最新的育种理论——"品种分子设计"为基础,简要探讨了基于分子生物学理论的现代育种技术的几点新思路:多基因聚合育种、同效多基因育种、多态单基因育种、多细胞聚合育种以及染色体加和育种。分析结果认为:动植物育种理论和技术正在发生重大变革,开展动植物品种分子设计研究,构筑品种分子设计技术体系,将推动传统的"经验育种"向高效的"精确育种"的转变,大幅度提升动植物育种效率和技术水平,引领动植物育种技术的创新与发展。Several new thoughts on modern breeding technology based on molecular biology theory, such as multi - gene aggregation breeding, synergistic effect gene breeding, polymorphism gene breeding, multi - cell aggregation breeding and chromosome addition breeding, were discussed briefly according to the newest international breeding theory "molecular design of varieties" after the developmental history of genetics and heredity breeding was reviewed. The analyzed results showed that the theory and technology of animal and plant breeding are changing gravely. Furthermore, to study molecular design of animal and plant varieties and build technological system of molecular design of varieties would drive the change of breeding technology from traditional experience breeding to effective precision breeding, advance efficiency and level of animal and plant breeding technology greatly and guide innovation and development of animal and plant breeding technology.
