超超临界机组锅炉后屏过热器泄漏原因分析和处理

摘　　要：对华电邹县电厂四期超超临界机组7号炉后屏过热器泄漏原因进行了分析,认为主要因管子入口节流孔被堵塞,通流截面减少,蒸汽流量降低,冷却效果差,管子过热导致爆管所致。同时介绍了该锅炉的吹管工艺特点。The causes leading to rear platen superheater leakage for boiler no. 7 of ultra- supercritical unit in fourth -phase project of Hudian Zhou＇xian Power Plant have been analysed, it is believed that the main causes resulting in tube -burst are as follows： block- age of throttle orifice in the inlet of tubes, making the passage section to be reduced, the flow rate of steam to be decreased, the cool- ing effect to be bad, and the tubes to be overheated. At the same time, the features of pipe blowing technology for the said boiler has been presented.
