摘 要:研究了羊毛剥去鳞片后其电阻随相对湿度变化的规律。作者设计了一个测试系统,通过对纤维进行剥鳞片处理,测量羊毛剥鳞片前后电阻随相对湿度的变化,得出:羊毛剥除鳞片后,在低湿区电阻值明显增大,但随着相对湿度的增加,电阻值下降较快,进入高湿区后其电阻反而比未剥鳞片的羊毛小;相对湿度在18%~94%内,剥除鳞片的羊毛阻值下降与相对湿度近似成线性关系。Under the situation that wool scale is peeled off, the wool resistance changing with RH is studied. A measurement system is designed. By means of the technique of peeling wool scale, the resistance of wool and the resistance of wool scale peeled off are tested at different RH. The results show as follow: In the range of low RH, the resistance of wool scale peeled off is much larger than that of wool scale preserved, but with RH increasing, the fomer decreases faster than the latter, while in the range of high RH, the resistance of wool scale peeled off is lower than that of wool scale preserved; when RH is in range of 18% ~ 94%, the resistance change with RH is approximately linear.
