摘　　要：梁启超不仅是中国近代史上著名的政治活动家,而且也是杰出的报刊编辑和政论家。他在长期的办报活动中总结了一套完整的报刊思想,主要体现在报刊的功能和作用、办报的原则等方面,在中国近代新闻史上具有承前启后的地位。这些思想对今天的报刊理论研究和实践都具有重要的现实指导意义。Liang Qichao was not only a famous statesman in the modem history of China but also an outstanding journalist and theorist. In his life as a journalist for a long time, he summed up a complete set of journalistic theories with regard to the functions of journalism, journalistic principles, etc. His ideas enjoy an important position in the history of modem journalism in China and are of importance for the study and practice of journalistic theories today.
