立普妥对冠心病C-反应蛋白的作用观察

摘　　要：目的观察立普妥(阿托法他汀)治疗冠心病患者C反应蛋白的变化,以了解立普妥的非调脂作用。方法85例冠心病患者随机分成常规治疗组(未服任何调脂药,41例),立普妥治疗组(服立普妥10mg/d,44例),测定治疗前后C-反应蛋白(CRP)及胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的变化。结果治疗组治疗前后CRP及血脂各组成分差异均有统计学意义。结论在冠心病治疗中,使用立普妥治疗,除可明显降低血脂水平外,还可明显降低CRP水平,从而有利于减轻动脉硬化。Objective To investigate the action of irregulating lipoprotein through observing the change of C-reactive protein in coronary artery disease patients cured by Lipitor. Methods 85 CHD patients were randomly divided into two groups. Group 1 （normal treatment group） consisted of 41 patients who administered no drag to regulate lipo. Group 2 （Lipitor treatment group） consisted of 44 patients who took at a dose of 10mg daily. Compared the differences between data obtained before the patients received treatment and data got after treatment in CRP, TC, TG, and LDL-C. Results In Lipitor treatment group, the differences between data obtained before treatment and data after treatment in CRP are statistically significant. Conclusions In the treatment of CHD, Lipitor is highly effective in lowering blood fat level, and CRP level as well, thus it helps to cure the arteriosclerosis.
