锁骨骨折后两种克氏针内固定术后肩关节功能康复的对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较锁骨骨折后螺纹克氏针和普通克氏针内固定术后肩关节功能康复的临床疗效。方法将64例锁骨骨折患者随机分为两组,每组32人,分别行螺纹克氏针与普通克氏针内固定切开复位术。术后根据患者状况早期进行功能锻炼。结果两组切口均甲级愈合,两组患者分别有2例和4例出现克氏针滑脱。螺纹克氏针组的术后肩关节功能康复的优良率明显高于普通克氏针组,两者相比差异显著。结论螺纹克氏针应用于锁骨骨折的内固定效果确切,而且术后可早期进行功能活动,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare rehabilitation effect on shoulder joint of internal fixation by screwed Kirschner wires and ordinary Kirschner wires for patients with clavicle fracture. Methods 64 patients were divided into two groups randomly, patients in each group received internal fixation by screwed Kirschner wires and ordinary Kirschner wires respectively. According to the states of patients, functional exercise was performed in early stage. Results Wires slipped out happened in 2 patients and 4 patients respectively in both groups, rehabilitation effect in screwed Kirschner wires group was significantly better than that in ordinary Kirschner wires group. Conclusions Internal fixation by screwed Kirschner wires is a effective treatment for patients with clavicle fracture, it allows patients to do exercises earlier after operation, and it is worthy to be used in practice.
