42例SLE患者血清中自身抗体分析

摘　　要：目的探讨SLE患者血清中几种自身抗体的阳性率及与病情的相关性;方法抗核抗体(ANA)用间接免疫荧光法测定,抗双链脱氧核糖核酸(ds-DNA)抗体与抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)用酶联免疫吸附法测定,抗可提取核抗原多肽(ENA)抗体用免疫印迹法测定;结果共检测42例SLE患者,其中患者血清ANA阳性率为92.9%,c-ANCA阳性率为21.4%,p-ANCA阳性率为45.2%,抗ds-DNA抗体阳性率为71.4%,抗Sm抗体阳性率为23.8%,抗ulRNP抗体阳性率为16.7%,抗SSB抗体阳性率为14.3%,抗SSA抗体阳性率为4.8%;结论SLE患者血清中自身抗体的检测有十分重要的临床意义,其中某些指标可作为评估患者病情发展的参考。Objective Cbjective To study the relationship between the positive rate of Autoantibodies and the illness of the patiens; Methods Test ANA with the method of IIF, test ds-DNA and ANCA with the ELISA reaction, Test ENA with Immunoblotting test; Results 42 patiens with SLE were detection, the positive rate of ANA is 92.9%, the ANCA＇s is 66.7%, the ds-DNA＇s is 71.4%, the Sm＇s is 23.8%, the ulRNP＇s is 16.7%, the SSB＇s is 14.3%, the SSA＇s is 4.8%; Conclusions The testing of Autoantibodies in patiens with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus has very important Clinical Significance, and some of those Indicatorses are very useful for the Assessmening of illness of the patiens.
