摘  要:复配了一种矿渣复合助磨剂,研究它对矿渣的助磨效果。将不同含量的助磨剂在相同的粉磨条件下与矿渣共磨,每隔0.5h测定其比表面积,并与空白样品对比,然后对所得矿粉用图像分析仪和扫描电镜进行形貌分析,同时又研究了此复合助磨剂对矿渣-水泥体系标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、胶砂强度等各项性能的影响。结果表明:复合矿渣助磨剂的助磨效果高,对矿渣水泥的性能无损害且能提高胶砂强度;矿渣中此复合助磨剂的最佳用量为矿渣质量的0.04%~0.08%,粉磨时间应大于1.5h。The effect of studied in the paper grinding aids on slag grinding performance is Put different grinding aids in slag mill under same grinding condition, then take tests on specific surface area with the intervals of 0.5h. Compare the surface areas with that of slag without using grinding aids and analysis the samples by image analyzer and SEM. Furthermore, water requirement of normal consistency, setting time and strength were tested. The results shows that the grinding efficiency of this compound grinding aids play no harm to slag cement performance, but can enhance mortar strength. The proper amonnt of compound grinding aids used in slag is 0.04%-0.08% of slag weight, and the grinding time should be more than 1.5h.
