摘 要:用不同浓度(0、1、2、4、6、8mg·L-1)的1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑溴化盐([C8mim]Br)对冬小麦进行浸种和苗期水培,测定了种子的发芽势(3d)、发芽率(7d)和淀粉酶活力以及幼苗根长、芽长、根活力、超氧阴离子(O2-)产生速率、叶片光合色素和脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量(7d)。结果表明,离子液体的暴露导致小麦种子发芽势、发芽率和淀粉酶活力均比对照显著降低,其IC50分别为5.55、3.39、4.02mg·L-1;同时,处理组幼苗根长、芽长、根活力以及叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量也显著下降,其对幼苗根与苗生长的IC50分别为0.64mg·L-1和4.98mg·L-1。另外,处理组幼苗叶片中超氧阴离子产生速率和丙二醛含量均高于对照,差异多达显著或极显著水平,分别为对照的113.63%-224.15%和101.69%-107.61%。在本试验条件下,1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑溴化盐对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长均具有明显的抑制效应,且抑制效应具有典型的剂量依赖型特点。Effects of 1-octyl-3-methyl imidazolium bromide ionic liquid ([Csmim]Br)on the germination rate of wheat seeds and growth of seedlings were evaluated by water culture tests with different concentrations of [Csmim]Br(0, 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 mg·L^-1). The germination ener- gy (exposed for 3 d), germination rate (exposed for 7 d) and a-amylase activity, length of root and shoot, root activity, the content of photosynthetic pigments, superoxide free radicals accumulation and malondialdehyde content (exposed for 7 d) in leaves were determined The results showed that the germination energy, germination rate and a-amylase activity decreased, the IC50 of inhibition was 5.55 mg· L^-1, 3.39 mg· L^-1 and 4.02 mg ·L^-1, respectively, when the seeds were exposed to [Csmim]Br. Furthermore, the length of root and shoot, root activity and the content of chlorophyll-a, chlorophyll-b, chlorophyll-a+b and carotenoid were also reduced when compared to the control, the ICso of inhibition of [Csmim]Br on root and shoot was 0.64 mg· L^-1 and 4.98 mg· L^-1, respectively. In addition, 1-octyl-3-methyl imidazolium bromide led to the increase in the producing velocity of superoxide free radicals and content of malondialdehyde. These results indicated that 1-octyl-3-methyl imidazolium bromide greatly inhibited the seeds germination and seedling growth of wheat in dose-dependant.
