摘　　要：本文参照TMF发布的新一代电信企业运营支撑系统和软件的国际规范、增强型电信运营导图、共享信息/数据模型、服务水平协议,结合中国电信企业的运营支撑系统的相关技术规范以及运营现状,研究了信息建模的方法、电信企业服务水平协议信息模型的相关内容,包括从资源层提取数据,到业务服务层提取KQI、KPI参数,到客户层与客户进行交互中涉及到的SLA信息建模。Referring to the international specifications on NGOSS released by TMF （eTOM which specifies the Business Process Framework and SID which describes the Shared Information/Data and SLA which describes the sevice level agreement in NGOSS knowledge base）, and domestic business specifications and status of related to BSS/OSS, the author studied the materials related to the SLA Information Model in OSS, explored the information modeling methods. It included the correlation content of SLA information model from resource, service to customer.
