摘　　要：为更好地适应集团化管理变革,解决钢铁企业的集团化管理软件架构问题,提出了一种基于内部服务提供的钢铁企业集团信息化建设新模式。首先,在界定内部服务提供模式内涵的基础上,着重分析内部服务提供的运营模式、组织模式和商业模式,并构建了三层集团信息化建设模型;然后,给出内部服务提供模式下基于Web的企业集团信息化建设的整体解决方案,在功能集成框架中简要阐述了集团式扩展企业资源计划系统及其系统集成;最后,通过成功案例,阐述了内部服务平台的构建、可重构信息系统的定制步骤及内部服务提供模式的商业价值。To adapt to collectivizing management requirements and solve the problem of its informationization construction in steel industry group, a new pattern based on Home Service Provides （HSPs） was proposed. Firstly, based on defining the connotation of HSPs, operation pattern, organization pattern and business pattern were analyzed and three-level collectivizing informationization management model was constructed. Secondly, total solution of collectivizing informationization based on Web services was provided. In its functional integration framework, the extended Enterprise Resource Planning （ERP） and its system integration were briefly introduced. Finally, a practical system implemented in a steel industry group proved their commerce effects of the construction of home services platform, the customization steps of reconstruction information system and the HSPs pattern.
