摘  要:针对集凝固、压力下结晶和大变形为一体的液固挤压复合材料过程参数设计难题,本文采用面向对象的编程方法开发了工艺参数优化设计系统原型,实现了人机环境下液固挤压成形过程有限元分析和参数遗传优化之间的信息交互与集成。重点研究了基于组件对象模块(COM)的信息交互技术和结合补偿模糊神经网络的遗传优化算法,使平台系统更适应于复杂的非线性参数优化问题,并以分析液固挤压成形实验测得的变形力为应用实例对所开发的系统进行了测试验证。结果表明,基于该系统优化工艺参数,能有效缩短工艺设计周期,为实验设计提供更为理想的工艺方案。Based on the object-oriented programming methods, a system prototype of optimum design was developed, which can solve the design problems of parameters in the liquid-solid extrusion process involving solidification under pressure and large deformation, and realize the interaction and integration of information between finiteelement analysis and parameter genetic optimization of liquid-solid extrusion process. By studying the information interaction technology based on component object model (COM) and the genetic algorithm combined with a compensatory fuzzy neural network, a platform system is developed, which is more adapted to complex nonlinear optimization problems. The operation of the system was tested by analyzing the deforming force of liquid-solid extrusion process. The results show that it can shorten the processing design cycle effectively to optimize the technical parameters of the platform, and provide more perfect processing scheme for the experimental design.
