摘 要:内燃机曲柄连杆机构的机械传动效率是影响其功率输出的主要因素之一。针对这一问题,本文应用低副理论,采用数学建模与理论分析的方法获取了曲柄连杆机构机械效率的表达式,同时确定了影响效率的某些关键因素。研究结果表明:在整个循环过程中,虽然曲柄连杆机构在绝大部分运行区内的机械效率均较高,但在某些关键工作点的机械传动效率却相对较低,结论对相对较低的工作点给出了准确的判断。研究结果为今后提高整体机械传动效率,采取相关手段提升低效工作点效率指明了改进的方向。The efficiency of the crank and linkage system of an internal combustion engine is one of the major factors that affect the power output. For this reason, we analyze the mechanical efficiency based on the lower pair theory. We first established its mathematical model. Then we derived the equations for calculating its efficiency, and pointed out the key factors that influence the efficiency. The study result shows that although the efficiency is high during most period of the running circle, there still exists the lower efficiency area. We finally determined the exact points where the efficiency is low, and give measures to raise the mechanical efficiency.
