妇科门诊病人阴道毛滴虫感染情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解医院妇科病人阴道毛滴虫感染情况。方法:采用生理盐水直接涂片法检查2004年1～12月吉林大学第一医院妇科1586例门诊病人的阴道分泌物,了解阴道毛滴虫感染情况,对检查结果通过χ2检验进行不同年龄组间及不同月份、不同季节组间感染率的差异分析。结果:阴道毛滴虫感染率为7.44%(118/1586);35～岁年龄组感染率(11.35%,26/229)明显高于其他年龄组(P<0.01),40～岁年龄组次之(10.07%,14/135);春季感染率(10.30%)稍高于夏、秋、冬季。结论:被调查病人阴道毛滴虫感染率高于全球女性感染率(3.1%),低于国内以往同类调查水平;35～45岁为滴虫感染高发期,季节对滴虫感染无显著性影响。Objective： To investigate the prevalence of trichimonas vaginalis among patients in department of gynecology in the hospital. Methods： The vaginal secretions of 1 586 female patients was examined by physiologic saline smear. The results of examination was analysed by χ^2 teat. Results： The infective rates of trichimonas vaginalis in total female patient were 7.44% （118/1 586） the highest was 11.35% （26/229, P 〈 0. 01 ） spread in 35 .years old group and another was the group of 40 . years older （10. 07%, 14/135） . Conclusion.. The infective rates are higher than that （3.1%） normal population in the world and lower than the level investigated （13.3%.） before in China, the highest risk of trichimonas vaginalis infection are among the age group 35 -45 and the infection rate is not influenced by season significantly.
