米非司酮治疗异位妊娠临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的适应症及疗效。方法:86例异位妊娠患者服用米非司酮50mg,2次/日,5天为1个疗程。同时定期监测血β-HCG和B超检查。结果:86例异位妊娠中,68例成功治愈,有效率为79.06%。血β-HCG<300mIU/mL的有效率明显高于血β-HCG>300mIU/mL患者,差异有统计学意义。盆腔包块<3cm的治愈率高于B超盆块>3cm的患者,差异有统计学意义。结论:米非司酮治疗异位妊娠简便、安全、经济、有效,无不良反应,疗效与治疗前血β-HCG水平、包块大小密切相关。Objective： To investigate the indication and curative effect of mifepristone for the medical treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A total of 86 patients with ectopic pregnancy took mifepristone, 50 rag, bid, 5 days were 1 treatment course to simultaneously monitor blood β - HCG and B ultrasonic inspection. Results： 86 patients with ectopie pregnancy, 68 examples got cure, cure ratio was 79. 06%. The cure ratio of blood β- HCG 〈 300 mIU/ml obviously was higher than that of 〈 300 mIU/ml （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The cure ratio of B ultrasonic inspection pelvic cavity package block 〈 3 cm obviously was higher than that of 〉 3 cm （ P 〈 0. 05 ） .Condusion： Mifepristone for the medical treatment of ectopic pregnancy is simple, safe, economical, having no side effect, its therapeutic effect is related to β -HCG level and package block size.
