摘　　要：三年来,卫生部在全国公立医疗机构开展医院管理年活动,陕西省人民医院成立活动领导小组,每年制定实施方案,特别在提高医疗质量管理方面进行了扩展性尝试。连续三年接受卫生部医院管理年活动专家组督查,医疗质量管理得到了卫生部专家的肯定。其核心是在传统医疗质量概念的基础上,增加了服务和费用管理,取得了初步的成效。In recent three years, Ministry of Health have launched the Year of Hospital Management movement. People＇s hospital of shaanxi province constituted a leading group for implementing this movement. The leading group draw up a scheme for it annually, especially make an effort to apply expansibility management into increasing medical quality. Our hospital have been inspected by expert group of the movement in recent three years and the performance of medical quality management was recognized by experts. The core of our quality management work is to add service and cost management into conventional medical quality concept.
