无偿献血用血制度分析

摘　　要：将国内28个省、自治区、直辖市献血管理条例中相关用血制度分为5种模式。运用制度分析方法分析后认为,目前用血制度对于无偿献血事业发展作用显著。提出各地在修订条例时应考虑时效性、统一性、地域性等因素。In this paper, management byelaws for blood donation of 28 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government were classified into five mode. After system analysis, we considered that existing blood usage system is significant to the development of blood donation without compensation. We also suggested to take into account the effectiveness, unification and region characters of these byelaws when revise them.
