减少纯棉精梳纱毛羽的工艺试验

摘　　要：针对高档服装面料对纯棉精梳纱、棉纱、条干、毛羽的高要求,详细分析了影响毛羽的几大外因如:原料、温湿度、清梳联设备状况和工艺配置、细纱及络筒设备状况及工艺配置。另一方面,通过试验数据说明半成品所含短绒的多少是形成成纱毛羽的内因,具体对武汉一棉精梳环锭纺各工序具体工艺的实施和配置以及对实际生产中的影响做了详细的说明。指出纺织厂应围绕工艺、器材、产量、成本这一工作主题,结合本厂实际,合理进行配置,做到成本与效益兼顾。As to the increasing quality requirement of quality clothing on the combed cotton yarn such as neps,evenness,hairiness,details introduction is made to the main factors involved with hairiness such as raw material, humiture, condition of the blow-card unit and the process configuration, spinning and the winding equipment and the process configuration. Additionally, trial data shows that amount of the short fiber in the semi-product as the internal cause leads to hairiness. Details introduction is given to the processes, process operation and process configuration as well as the actual effect of the ring spinning production in Wuhan Cotton Mill No. 1. Conclusion is made that reasonable configuration should be needed in conjunction with the actual situation as to the process,accessories,production and cost. Attention should be given to both the cost and profit.
