摘　　要：贝类动物细胞免疫主要通过细胞的吞噬作用完成。溶酶体酶、凝集素、抗菌肽等体液免疫因子以杀菌、促进吞噬等方式参与贝类的免疫防御,阿片样活性肽、细胞因子、细胞激酶等是贝类免疫通信中的化学递质。化学递质通过介导免疫信号传导参与贝类的免疫防御,也是近年贝类的免疫研究的新热点。贝类生活环境中的各种因子能显著改变贝类的免疫机能,贝类对生态因子的敏感性使贝类的生态学研究成为人类等高等动物的生态免疫学研究模式。现代养殖业通过基因工程技术的手段来提高贝类的免疫力以适应养殖业的发展。This paper mainly reviewed the progress on immunological mechanism in Mollusks. Haemocyte phagocytosis represents the main aspects of the entire cellular immunity in mollusk. The humoral factors constituted by lgsosomal enzymes, agglutinius, antimicrobial peptides participate in mollusks＇s immunity. through the killing of bacteria, promoting phagocytosis and other ways. The molecules such as opioid peptides,cytokines,protein kinase（PK） and so on are chemical mediators which mediate immunce signal trausfer in immune defeuse. The research on such mediators became a new hot field in recent years. The immune system of mollusks is susceptive to the environmental factors. Mollusk immune system represent a simplified model for the studies on ecological immunology of other aimals,given its easy extraction. Researchers try to immprove the immunity of mollusks in mordern-culture industry.
