摘　　要：重点介绍了通过提高检测精度、控制程序优化等方式，提高了无料钟高炉炉顶设备的控制精度，对于提高高炉利用系数、降低焦比奠定了基础级控制基础，在同类型高炉的炉顶设备自动化检测控制方面具有一定的推广和应用价值。This article emphatically describes many kinds ot ways to enhance the control precision of bell-less blast furnace top facilities, such as improving detecting precision and program optimization, which can improve the utilization factor of B.F. and reduce coke ratio,having a certain promotion and application value in the aspect of automated measurement and control for B. F. top facilities of the same type.
