摘  要:对大田栽培的347×2129、转1645×1987、27×2129、转4号×1987、转1号×2129、转2号×2129六个蓖麻材料光合特性进行了研究.结果表明:几种供试材料都不存在光合午休现象.蓖麻叶片净光合速率Pn与有效辐射强度PAR的日变化均呈单峰曲线.气孔导度从早上8:00就开始下降.材料347×2129、27×2129的净光合速率Pn显著高于其他6个品种.The photosynthesis characters of 6 castors were studied in contrast with Tongbi No. 5. The indexes including photosynthesis rate ( Pn ), stomatal conductance(Cond), photosynthetic active radiatio and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) were measured by L I- 6400 portable photosynthesis system in the open air. The result showed that the mid-day depression of photosynthesis is not existed in all the tested materials, and the changes during the day in net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and photosynthetic active radiatio(PAR)of 6 mature tree peony leaves was typical single peak curve, The change trend between Pn and PAR with stomatal conductance are very different. The stomatal conductance begin to decrease at 8 : 00am. 347 × 2129 and 27 × 2129 are used as breeding material for future.
