摘　　要：实现执政为民的主要途径:一是教民。即不断提高广大人民群众思想政治觉悟与道德、文化素质,把全国人民的思想统一到党中央的意志上来。二是带民。即带领全国各族人民坚定不移地走适合中国国情的社会主义发展道路。三是富民。即在党的带领下全国人民同心同德共同建设繁荣富强的美好国家。四是安民,即让广大人民群众心情舒畅、安居乐业。There are four main ways for assuming power for the people. The first one is to educate people, i.e. to constantly improve broad masses＇ ideological and political consciousness, as well as moral and educational quality; with the purpose of conforming the whole nation＇s thought to Central Party Committee＇s will. The second one is to lead people, i.e. to lead people of all nationalities in our country to develop persistently in the socialist direction which is suitable for China＇s situation. The third one is to make people prosperous, i.e. with the guidance of Chinese Communist Party, all the people in our country having one aim, to construct a prosperous, strong country together. The fourth one is to make people secure, i.e. to make the broad masses feel comfortable and enjoy good and prosperous lives.
