摘　　要：大学的快速扩招导致毕业生增长速度大于需求增长速度,使大学毕业生就业形势整体趋于紧张。文章提出了影响大学毕业生就业的几个突出问题,具体表现在大学生的不良择业心理、就业诚信缺失、高校招生专业、数量与市场相脱节等方面,并从8个方面提出了相应对策。Rapid expansion of college enrolment has resulted in the growth of college graduates at a speed faster than that of the job market demand, thus creates a tension in the employment of college graduates. This paper examines several prominent issues related to the employment of college graduates, such as, inappropriate expectation, dishonesty in job hunting, the unbalanced development between college disciplines and job market demands, etc. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes some solutions from eight aspects.
