摘　　要：针对炼铁厂生产实际，分析影响烧结固体燃耗的主要因素。通过提高烧结工艺技术水平和操作水平，完善工艺设施、加强原料基础管理，提高混合料温度、强化制粒，改善烧结料层透气性，实施高氧位烧结等措施，使炼铁厂烧结固体燃耗指标得到了降低。The main factors influencing solid consumption in sintering are analyzed based on the production at Iron-making Plant. Some measures have been taken to reduce the index of solid consumption in sintering such as improving sintering process, operation and process facilities, enhencing raw material management, increaing mixture tempratcure, intensifying granulating, improving the permeability of sinter layers and implementing hyperoxia sintering etc.
