摘　　要：根据机动车运行安全技术条件,选取了各评价参数,为了得到更加合理的旧机动车评估价格,在全面分析并筛选成新率各影响因素的基础上,改进了综合成新率的算法。文中建立了成新率各影响因素的层次分析模型,运用AHP算法计算了各自的权重。Based on selection and comprehensive analysis of various factors for old vehicle new-rates, the algorithm of integrated new-rate is improved. AHP model of old vehicle integrated new-rate is established. According to the safe operation of motor vehicles under technical conditions, the evaluation parameters＇ weight is also calculated. The application of improved new-rate can get a reasonable assessment price.
