摘 要:通过采用静力法估算单桩极限承载力,对不同地区的工程进行优化设计,降低基础造价,促进静压管桩技术在东北地区的广泛应用。通过对静力法理论研究及实际工程中试桩的实验研究,将估算结果与静载荷试验结果进行对比分析。采用静力法估算单桩极限承载力是一种较准确可靠的方法,准确性优于《沈阳市静压管桩规定(暂行)》中的经验方法。为保证桩基工程的安全、经济合理,建议东北地区在勘察设计阶段采用此种方法估算静压桩单桩极限承载力。Ultimate bearing capacity of jacked pipe pile is estimated with static analysis method which can make progress in construction optimum design of different districts and decreasing the foundation manufacturing cost to promote the universe application of static press pile in northeastern district. Some research on the static analysis method and practice construction has been done and the estimation has been contrastively analyzed with 'the static load test result, then it is concluded that static analysis method is a comparably exact and reliable approach of estimating ultimate bearing capacity, which is a more accurate empirical method than the one in the norm. In order to keep the pile foundation safety and avoid wasting, the ohove method to estimating ultimate hearing capacity; of jacked pipe pile in northeastern district is suggested to he used, if there is accurate reconnaissance datum.
