伤科接骨片对家兔骨折模型骨形态计量学静态学参数的影响  被引量:3

摘  要:目的:通过观察伤科接骨片对家兔骨折模型骨形态计量学静态学参数的影响,探讨该药促进骨折愈合的机理。方法:将36只雄性新西兰家兔制成右侧桡骨中上1/3标准骨折模型后随机分为空白对照组和伤科接骨片组,每组18只。每组实验动物又分3个亚组,即11天处死组(Ⅰ组)、21天处死组(Ⅱ组)和35天处死组(Ⅲ组),每亚组6只。术后第2天开始给药,于术后第11、21、35天分别处死各亚组动物,取骨痂上下共1cm的骨组织进行不脱钙骨切片,用计算机半自动图像数字化分析仪测量骨组织形态计量学参数。结果:骨折愈合过程中膜内成骨的计量学静态参数在11天时,伤科接骨片组骨小梁数量(Tb·N)较空白对照组高(P<0.05),而骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)较空白对照组低(P<0.05);21和35天时,伤科接骨片组骨计量学静态参数与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:伤科接骨片是通过增加骨折愈合早期膜内成骨过程中骨小梁的数量和使骨小梁结构变得致密,而促进骨折愈合的。Objective:To observe the influence of SHANGKEJIEGUPIAN(SKJGP,a TCM composition) on static parameter of morphometry in rabbit' s fracture models,and approach it' s mechanism on promoting union of fracture.Methods:36 cases of News Zealand male rabbit,were made into standard models with fracture on 1/3 upper and middle of right radius,and then were randomly divided into blank group and SKJGP group,18 cases in each.They were redivided three subsets,which were killed on 11 days(Ⅰ),21 days(Ⅱ) and 35 days(Ⅲ),and 6 cases in each subset.Drugs were given to them 2 days post-operation,they were killed at the appointed times,about 1-cm bone tissue were taken from osteotylus to make into slice,parameters of morphometry were measured with computer semi-automatic image digitization analysator.Results:In union of fracture,static parameters of membrane bone formation were measured,Tb' N of SKJGP group was higher than that of blank group(P < 0.05),but Tb.Sp was lower(P< 0.05).On 21 days and 35 days,there had no obvious difference of them(P>0.05).Conclusion:SKJGP could promote union of fracture for it' s increasing Tb · N of membrane bone formation in early union of fracture and making bone trabecularism tightly closed.
