摘 要:在18只轻度麻醉、去小脑、肌松、人工通气的家兔身上,采用微电极记录技术观察蓝斑(LC)单位活动和头端腹外侧延髓(RVLM)向LC投射的一些电生理学特征。记录到108个LC单位,其中93个单位表现低频、规则的放电活动,放电频率为5.1HZ,另15个单位为钳夹皮肤诱发放电的静止单位;这108个单位中,64(59.2%)个单位对触毛刺激、93(86.1%)个单位对钳夹皮肤产生兴奋性反应;电刺激RVLM,85(78.7%)个同侧LC单位有反应,反应潜伏期为21.1±6.9ms,其中67(79%)个为兴奋性反应单位;记录到123个RVLM单位,其中35个单位能为电刺激LC逆行激活,潜伏期为19.2±8.2ms。上述结果提示:从RVLM到LC存在一条兴奋性通路。The electrophysiological characteristics of locus coeruleus (LC) neurons and theprojection from the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVLM) to the LC were investigatedon 18 rabbits, which were lightly anesthetized, decerebelated, paralyzed and artificially ventilated. 93 of the 108 recorded LC neurons are firing spontaneously at about 5. 1Hz, while the remaining are silent but could be activated by pinching. 64 (59. 2% ) ofthe LC neurons manifested excitatory response to brushing and 93 (86. 1 % ) to pinching. Of the 108 LC neurons, 85 (78. 7% ) neurons could be activated orthodromicallyby ipsilateral RVLM stimulation with a latency of 21. 6 ± 6. 9 ms, among which 67neurons showed excitatory response. 35 of the 123 recorded RVLM neurons respondedantidromically to ipsilateral LC stimulation with a latency of 19. 2±8. 2 ms. These results suggest that there may exist a direct excitutory pathway from RVLM to LC.
