摘  要:为了明确YS与1B/1R两类K型小麦雄性不育系的配合力差异,利用1B/1R类型K型小麦雄性不育系K3314A(A1)和YS型小麦温敏雄性不育系A732(A2)、A3017(A3)作母本与7个恢复系进行不完全双列杂交(NCII),对所得F1代的株高、穗长等7个农艺性状的配合力进行了分析。结果表明,10个亲本各性状的一般配合力效应值(GCA)和各组合特殊配合力效应值(SCA)均具有正向和负向两类,它们在一定基因型均值的基础上表现为加强或削弱该性状的作用。21个杂交组合中,各性状的特殊配合力最高值都出现在2个YS型温敏雄性不育系组配的组合中。其中A3017/新乡9408、A732/新乡9408和A732/温6有较高的生产利用价值。一般配合力效应值(GCA)在同一性状不同亲本间和同一亲本不同性状间均存在显著差异,2个YS型不育系在产量性状上GCA均表现为正值,K3314A的GCA表现为负值。亲本中A732、K460较为理想。21 crossing combinations were made by 3 A lines(1B/1R K-type male sterile wheat line, 2 YS- type male sterile wheat lines) and 7 R lines with the method of non-complete diallel. Seven characters of plant height,plant length of spike, spikes per plant, spikelets per spike, kernels per spike, 1000-grain weight and grain yield were analyzed by SAS data statistics system. The result showed that the effects of general combining ability(GCA)of the characters of 10 parents and specific combining ability(SCA)of combinations were positive or negative; the biggest SCA of per character appeared in combinations with YS-type thermo-sensitive wheat male sterile lines. Comprehensive evaluation indicated that A3017/Xinxiang 9408, A732/Xinxiang9408 and A732/Wen6 had higher utilization value in production among the 21 combinations. The effects of GCA had highly different variation in one character of different parents and one parent in different characters. The effects of GCA of two YS-type thermo-sensitive male sterile wheat lines were positive value on grain yield but K-type male sterile line were negative value. In 10 parents,A732 and K460 were better.
