摘  要:为了解不同燕麦品种灌浆初期的光合差异,分析研究了4个燕麦品种灌浆初期光合作用光响应曲线。结果表明,4个品种中坝莜1号光合能力最强。当光照强度增加时,各供试品种叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均随之增加,而胞间CO2浓度则随之下降;上述光合指标在品种间存在明显差异,其中坝莜1号对光照强度反应较为敏感。随着光照强度的增加,净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率迅速增加;在不同光照强度下,坝莜1号的光合速率均最高,在光照强度为2 000μmol.m-2.s-1时光合速率达到最大值(32.3μmol CO2.m-2.s-1)。In order to study the photosynthetic capacity of different oat varieties, the light-response curve of photosynthesis of four oat varieties were investigated at early grain filling stage. The results showed that Bayou 1 was the best on photosynthetic capacity. When light intensity increased, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of all varieties increased, and cell interval concentration of CO2 decreased. The photosynthetic indicators existed significant differences between them, and the response to light intensity of Bayou 1 is more sensitive. With the increase of light intensity, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate increased rapidly. In different light intensities, photosynthetic rate of bayou1 was the highest. Its maximum rate was 32.3 μmol·CO2·m^-2·s^-1 when the light intensity reached 2 000μmol·m^-2·s^-1.
