摘  要:为了探索小麦抗条锈性和条锈病控制的规律,对甘肃陇南25个小麦主要生产品种进行了成株期抗条锈性研究。结果表明,25个主要生产品种中有免疫品种2个,高度慢锈品种16个,中度慢锈品种4个,低度慢锈品种2个,中度感锈品种1个。有14个品种生育期间在感病反应型的基础上出现抗病的反应型,表现出成株高温抗性的某些特征。在推广5年以上的品种中有7个品种保持抗性的稳定性。里勃留拉、斯汤佩利已种植30年,病情指数仅为0.13%和0.28%,可确认为具持久抗性;兰天11号、兰天12号已种植10年,病情指数为0.78%和1.71%,也可能具有持久抗性。本研究结果提示,在生产上利用多种抗性类型以及选育具有复杂遗传背景的品种,将有利于小麦条锈病的控制。Experiments were carried out to study the resistance to stripe rust of twenty-five wheat cul- tivars in adult period. Results showed that two cultivars were immune to stripe rust, sixteen were highly slow-rusting, four were moderately slow-rusting , two were low slow-rusting and one was moderately susceptible to stripe rust. 14 cultivars turned out to be resistant to stripe rust from susceptible symptom in the growth stage, showing some characteristics of high-temperature resistance. Among all cultivars that have been used for more than five years, 7 cultivars maintained stable resistance. With disease indexes of 0.13% and o. 28%, Libellula and N. strampelli which have been planting for 30 years were identified as the durable-resistance cultivars. With disease indexes of 0. 78 % and 1.71%, Lantian 11 and Lantian 12 which have been planting for 10 years were also likely to have the durable resistance. The study proves that it will contribute to the control of wheat stripe rust if multiple resistant types are used adequately in production and cultivars with complicate genetic background are selected.
