一粒小麦与葡萄牙野燕麦远缘杂交后代抗条锈病鉴定及抗性株系的筛选

摘　　要：为了开拓小麦抗条锈病基因资源,利用中国流行的小麦条锈菌生理小种CYR23、CYR25、CYR27、CYR29、CYR31、CYR32和水源11致病型Su-11-4、Su-11-7和Su-11-14,对一粒小麦(T.monococ-cum)与葡萄牙野燕麦(Avena fatua L.)杂交后代(简称"一粒葡")进行成株期和苗期抗病性鉴定,分离筛选出8个抗性稳定的株系:YLP-7、YLP-1-1、YLP-1-6、YLP-9-3、YLP-9-8、YLP-15-1、YLP-15-4和YLP-16-4,这些抗性株系对所有参试条锈菌小种都表现为免疫或近免疫,表明"一粒葡"材料具有较强的条锈病抗性,可作为抗源用于小麦抗病育种。Stripe rust, caused mainly by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici. （Pst）, is a destructive disease of wheat （T. aestivum L.） in cool growth conditions throughout the world. Genetic resistance of the host plant is considered as the most effective and sustainable method of defense against this disease. However, only limited sources of resistance are available in wheat. Relatives of wheat have been proved to be an invaluable gene pool for wheat improvement. Wild oat [Arena fatua L. （2n=6x=42, AACCDD）] is a potentially valuable sources of stripe rust resistance in common wheat breeding. 7 inbred lines selected from descendants of Triticum monococcum and wild oat were tested with a set of Chinese Pst races （virulent pathotypes of Hybrid46： CYR23, CYR25、CYR27、 CYR29、 CYR31、 CYR32 and the virulent pathotypes of Shuiyuanll ： Su-ll-4, Su-ll-7and Su-ll-14） and those homozy-gous for resistance to stripe rust were tested with a set of 9 stripe rust races. Eight selected lines, YLP-7, YLP-1-1, YLP-I-6, YLP-9-3, YLP-9-8, YLP-15-1, YLP-15-4 and YLP-16-4, were resistant to all tested races of Chinese Pst. This result indicated that those hines have potential use in wheat breeding.
