摘  要:用电化学测量临界点蚀温度(CPT)的方法,研究0.1mol/LNaCl溶液中F-浓度对316不锈钢点蚀行为的影响。结果表明:随着F-浓度的增加,316不锈钢的CPT降低,开路电位也随之降低。在CPT以下,不锈钢发生亚稳态点蚀;在CPT之上,不锈钢发生稳态点蚀。用扫描电镜分析了临界点蚀温度前后点蚀形貌的变化。The influence of concentration of fluoride ion on the pitting corrosion behavior of 316SS has been investigated by means of measuring the critical pitting temperature (CPT) in 0.1 mol/L NaCl solution. The results showed that the CPT decreased and the open circuit potential also decreased with increasing concentration of fluoride ion. Metastable pitting occurred just below the CPT, while stable pits could only be formed above the CPT. The morphologies of the pits below and above the CPT had been obtained by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
