摘　　要：结合AA型2 000 mAh快充MH/Ni电池的研制,对工艺参数进行了研究,结果表明:在正、负极设计容量比为1.00∶1.50,正、负极厚度分别为0.50 mm和0.25 mm,正极浆料中加入3%TiO2添加剂,单体电池电解液加入量为2.38 g时,所制备的MH/Ni电池充电时间只需要15 min,放电容量为常规放电容量的86.7%,电池的表面温度不到50℃。Based on the development of AA size 2 000 mAh rapid-charge Ni/MH battery, the technologic parameters were studied. The results showed that the as-prepared Ni/MH battery with the capacity ratio （1.00： 1.50） and thickness （0.50 mm and 0.25 mm） of cathode and anode,3% TiO2 additive in the cathode slurry and 2.38 g electrolyte, had 86.7% discharge capacity of battery prepared using the general process, the surface temperature of the battery was lower than 50 ℃. It was fully charged within 15 min.
