摘 要:铝阳极在碱性电解液中的析氢腐蚀严重、阳极利用率低。选择K2MnO4和[Ca3(C6H5O7)2+CaSnO3]作为4 mol/L KOH电解液的添加剂,研究它们对铝阳极行为的影响。结果表明:两种添加剂的引入均降低了析氢反应,使腐蚀电位负移,阳极利用率分别提高到81.0%(6.3×10-4mol/L K2MnO4)和56.3%[饱和Ca3(C6H5O7)2和CaSnO3各10.0 ml]。There were serious H2 evolution corrosion and low utilization ratio of aluminum anode in alkaline electrolyte. K2MnO4 and [Ca3(C6H5O7)2 + CaSnO3] were selected as the additives of 4 mol/L KOH electrolyte, their effects of the additives on the aluminum anode behavior were studied. The results showed that the addition of two kinds of additives reduced H2 evolution reaction, the corrosion potential shifted toward negative, the utilization ratio of aluminum anode increased to 81.0% (6.3 ×10^-4 mol/L K2MnO4) and 56.3% [10.0 ml saturation Ca3(C6H5O7)2 and 10.0 ml saturation CaSnO3].
