摘  要:采用碾膜法制备MnO2电极,运用XRD、SEM和恒流放电测试研究了380℃热处理条件下,电解二氧化锰(EMD)的晶型改变和黏结剂对锂锰电池性能的影响。结果表明:使用2%PTFE黏结剂,并添加3 ml乳化剂OP-10,锂锰电池的性能较好,放电容量为1 295.9 mAh。MnO2 electrode was prepared by the bark mill membrane method. Crystal phase transformation of electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD) which was heated under 380℃ ,the effects of binder on the performance of Li-MnO2 battery were studied by XRD, SEM and galvanostatic discharge tests. The results showed that the performance of Li-MnO2 battery with 2%PTFE and 3 ml OP-10 emulsifier as binder was better,the discharge capacity was 1 295.9 mAh.
