摘  要:研究了丙三醇添加量对锌负极的制备工艺以及Zn-Ni电池电化学性能的影响。添加适量的丙三醇,可减少锌负极在制浆和涂浆过程中的团聚现象,增加锌负极在干燥后的柔软性,减少负极脱粉,促进负极活性物质的均匀分布;加入少量丙三醇(0.2%~0.3%),可降低Zn-Ni电池在充放电循环后期的内阻,提高电池的充放电效率,延长电池的寿命。The effects of the glycerin content on the preparation technology of Zn anode and the electrochemical performance of Zn-Ni battery were studied. The agglomeration of Zn anode during preparing and coating slurry could be reduced, the pliability of Zn anodes after drying could be increased, the shedding of anode could be reduced, and the active material of anodes could be distributed uniformly by the addition of glycerin. The small quantity of glycerin (0.2% -0.3%) could reduce internal resistance of terminal cycle, increase the charge-discharge efficiency, prolong the cycle life of Zn-Ni battery.
