浅析工程施工招投标中的不平衡报价及其对策

摘　　要：工程造价管理的目标是利用科学的管理方法,合理地确定造价和有效地控制造价,以提高建设项目的经济效益。从工程造价全过程控制和管理的角度入手,主要分析了投标人在投标过程中主要采用的投标报价策略,并提出了在招投标阶段对工程造价管理的方法和重点,以及控制不平衡报价的对策。The objects of building cost control is to confirm cost reasonably and to control effectively so as to enhance the economic benefits of the project with scientific management. This paper analysis the bidding strategies, proposed methods and emphases of the building cost control during the project inviting public bidding as well as against frontloading.
