摘 要:教育部本科教学工作水平评估的根本目的是通过评估促进高校建立提高本科教学质量和办学水平的长效机制。这一目标是通过高校按照评估方案进行评建活动来实现的。评建活动同时也是高校大学文化建设活动。高校在评建过程中,通过办学理念的提炼、办学特色的总结、规章制度的完善、办学条件的建设和师生行为的规范,促进高校的大学文化在精神文化、制度文化、物质文化以及行为文化等各层面的建设,从而达到建立长效机制的目标。The fundamental purpose of undergraduate teaching evaluation by the Ministry of Education is to promote the construction of long-term mechanism for both the quality and the level. This objective can be attained through the construction activities according to the evaluation scheme,which are also included in the theme of college cultural construction. In the process of evaluation,the college can extract educational concepts,summarize educational characteristics,perfect rules and regulations,improve conditions of setting up school,and standardize behaviors of both teachers and students. Therefore,the evaluation can promote college cultural construction in various aspects,such as spiritual culture,institutional culture,material culture,and behavior culture. Thus,the goal of establishing a long-term mechanism can be achieved.
