摘  要:目的:建立HPLC测定仙鹤草秋芽、地下和地上部分鹤草酚含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC。色谱柱为DiamonsiL C_(18)柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(58:42:0.2),流速为1.2mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长为325nm,进样量为20μL。结果:鹤草酚在0.011 97~0.112 5mg·mL^(-1)峰面积与对照品的质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程A=2.00×10~7p+2.89×10~3,r=0.999 8,平均回收率分别为101.1%、101.4%和101.4%,RSD分别为1.05%、1.08%和1.12%(n=9)。结论:该法简便、快捷、重现性好,为仙鹤草药材的质量控制提供了依据。Objective : To obtain and develop an HPLC method for the determination of the contents of agrimophol from different parts of Agrirnonia pilosa Ledeb. Methods: The contents of agrimophol in Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. was determined by HPLC with Diamonsil C18scolumn (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) at 30℃. The mobile phase was methanol-water-triethylamine (58:42:0.2)with a flow rate at 1.20mL· min^-1 and the injection volume was 20μL The wavelength of the detector was set at 325nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0. 011 97 -0. 112 5mg·mL^-1 with correlation coefficient of 0. 999 8(n = 6). Their average recoveries were 101.1%, 101.4% and 101.4 % respectively. The RSD values were 1.05 %, 1.08 % and 1.12 % ( n = 9 ) respectively. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate,rapid,and it is suitable for the quality control of the medicinal material.
